This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of CRM data throughout the client implementation process.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gain insights into their CRM usage across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, and others.
• Identify and diagnose issues related to CRM data quality.
• Establish how CRM data integrates into the company’s data warehouse.
• Transform CRM data into actionable segments for campaigns.
• Manage ongoing execution for active clients, including loads, extracts, deduplication, and segment creation.
• Engage with client sales, marketing, and technical teams during discovery sessions.
• Act as the technical lead in client relationships.
• Document the structures of CRM systems, encompassing object models, custom objects and fields, picklists, record types, relationships, automations, and integrations.
• Analyze standard and custom CRM objects to assess completeness, duplication, staleness, formatting inconsistencies, invalid values, and broken relationships.
• Quantify findings related to data quality.
• Propose source-side corrections, company-side resolutions, and exclusions to clients.
• Convert available data into technically feasible and commercially relevant segments with campaign teams.
• Create source-to-target mappings for the data warehouse, detailing transformation logic, data types, picklist normalization, handling of null values, identity resolution keys, and sync cadence.
• Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams on ingestion builds through the phases of build, testing, and reconciliation.
• Provide field definitions, business logic, sample data, and validation rules.
• Load records into client CRMs and extract large volumes of records using native tools, data loaders, and REST/Bulk APIs.
• Oversee staging, dry runs, deduplication rules, and rollback plans.
• Over 5 years of experience in RevOps, marketing operations, GTM engineering, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or CRM consulting, demonstrating real operational ownership.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and leading client-facing projects.
• Ability to conduct discovery sessions with skeptical stakeholders.
• Comfortable presenting evaluation results and recommendations to client stakeholders, including critical insights regarding existing data or processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of extensive hands-on experience with at least two major CRMs, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with CRM object models, administrative configuration, import/export tools, REST, and Bulk APIs.
• Experience in executing bulk data operations at scale, including loads, upserts, merges, deduplication, and write-backs to production systems.
• Good judgment for safely conducting bulk operations.
• Background in data quality, including profiling, deduplication, standardization, enrichment, and identity resolution.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong skills in spreadsheet applications.
• Experience in creating source-to-target mapping documentation for an engineering audience.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel, Zoho, Dynamics, Pipedrive, or Close is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages for profiling, transformation scripts, and API-driven bulk operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with data warehouses and ELT stacks such as Databricks, dbt, and Fivetran; experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Airbyte is also advantageous.
• Experience in the commercial real estate or real estate sector is preferred.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools for data profiling, drafting mapping documentation, understanding unfamiliar CRM schemas, and scripting ad-hoc transformations is preferred.
