This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership and enhance key lifecycle journeys such as onboarding, activation, engagement, basket abandonment, win-back, and re-engagement, from strategy through to execution and optimization.
• Strategically plan and implement commercial campaign communications, ensuring a balance between frequency, relevance, commercial priorities, and the health of lifecycle programs.
• Collaborate with broader marketing teams to plan and carry out engagement-driven communications, focusing on content, scheduling, and social opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize the testing roadmap covering subject lines, sending times, content, and journey logic.
• Transform test findings into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze opens, clicks, conversions, retention, and incrementality data to identify underperformance and suggest corrective measures.
• Brief, quality assure, and guide internal teams to enhance execution capacity.
• Develop an internal narrative around successful initiatives and advocate for increased CRM investment.
• A minimum of five years of practical experience in the comprehensive CRM and lifecycle marketing field.
• Experience in strategic planning and campaign execution.
• Proficiency with an Email Service Provider (ESP) or marketing automation platform such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Capability to independently create and quality assure campaigns and journeys.
• Strong grasp of segmentation, triggers, and automation logic.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into clear next steps.
• A genuine interest in testing and refining CRM programs.
• Skill in identifying and implementing enhancements to onboarding processes and sending schedules.
• Comfort in briefing and leading internal resources.
• Ability to gain buy-in across product, brand, marketing, creative, and data teams.
• Excellent communication skills, characterized by transparency and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in consumer-facing roles within subscription, membership, loyalty, e-commerce, or affiliate-related businesses is an advantage.
• Familiarity with incrementality or holdout testing, data querying capabilities, and exposure to advanced personalization and next-best-action decision-making are additional assets.
