This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the complete configuration of the CRM system and management of the customer lifecycle for D2C – establishing and continuously enhancing the CRM framework, which includes customer journeys, lifecycle logic, and interaction strategies.

• Drive D2C revenue growth – strategize and implement CRM campaigns that have a direct influence on revenue, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.

• Create and implement automated customer journeys – design and refine essential flows such as welcome, post-purchase, and reactivation sequences.

• Develop segmentation and personalization strategies – create data-driven customer segments and personalization methods to enhance relevance and conversion rates.

• Transform data into actionable CRM insights – track performance, uncover opportunities, and consistently optimize processes.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing on content execution – offer CRM-informed insights for the content strategy and work together to implement campaigns effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM/email marketing within a D2C or e-commerce setting.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance revenue, customer retention, and customer lifetime value through effective CRM strategies.

• Practical knowledge of tools such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

• Experience in building and/or scaling CRM and lifecycle systems.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, performance-focused mindset, along with familiarity with GA4, GTM, Power BI, and Excel.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for reporting, content creation, or campaign development.

• Structured, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership – capable of managing CRM initiatives independently.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, particularly with marketing teams.

• Passion for premium, tech-oriented products and a deep understanding of tech-savvy customers.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
