This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, fostering strong and enduring relationships through proactive engagement strategies such as regular check-ins, customized communication plans, and the utilization of CRM systems to monitor and improve interactions.
• Respond to client inquiries and issues swiftly to uphold satisfaction and cultivate trust.
• Assist in developing and overseeing comprehensive project plans and timelines with guidance from the Customer Success Manager.
• Coordinate on-site launch events and lead virtual and in-person resident engagement initiatives.
• Gather and present client feedback utilizing Voice of Customer (VoC) methodologies such as surveys, interviews, and data analysis to pinpoint service improvement areas and guide strategic choices.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager to prepare materials for client account evaluations and strategy meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing position, ideally in customer success or project management.
• Familiarity with customer engagement ticketing systems, such as FreshDesk, is advantageous.
• Experience in property management or telecommunications is a bonus.
