This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and enhance CRM strategies aimed at user retention, lifetime value (LTV), and engagement;
• Establish and manage sophisticated segmentation frameworks and lifecycle processes;
• Take charge of gamification elements (such as missions, tournaments, wheels, and challenges) from concept to execution;
• Set up and refine loyalty programs and bonus structures that align with business objectives;
• Evaluate user behavior and CRM effectiveness, offering actionable insights and theories;
• Assist in promotional planning with an emphasis on gamified and retention-focused strategies.
• 3–5+ years of CRM expertise within the iGaming sector or a comparable B2C environment;
• Strong practical experience in user segmentation, retention strategies, and lifecycle management;
• Demonstrated experience with gamification tools and bonus/loyalty schemes;
• A data-driven approach complemented by robust analytical capabilities;
• Capability to independently manage initiatives and see them through to completion.
