CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Lead product, contact, and creative initiatives to create and execute large-scale CRM campaigns utilizing machine learning, predictive modeling, and tailored content.

• Oversee and manage the marketing campaign process from the initial request to deployment, emphasizing outbound channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications.

• Conduct audience segmentation and execution.

• Ensure quality assurance for touchpoints, personalization features, and dynamic content.

• Create and launch campaigns.

• Design and conduct A/B and multivariate tests to enhance fan strategies and boost conversion rates.

• Optimize lifecycle CRM campaigns, including onboarding and reactivation, by leveraging insights, analytics, and automation tools to enhance fan LTV.

• Derive key insights and learnings for future optimization and template efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to formulate campaign strategies that achieve performance targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation.

• Technical and production expertise within the Adobe platform (AEP, AJO, CJA).

• Familiarity with Email Service Providers; Epsilon PCM is preferred.

• Experience with Personalization Tools; Movable Ink is preferred.

• Background with SMS Platforms; Attentive is preferred.

• Proficient in HTML editing with the capability to modify templates.

• Comprehensive understanding of channel KPIs, A/B testing, metrics, and reporting.

• Proficiency in Photoshop.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong project and time management abilities with a high standard of accuracy and organization.

• Aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced production schedule and varying workloads.

• Proven ability to collaborate and manage dependencies with team members during campaign launches.
