CRM Manager, 1:1 Fan Engagement Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of product, contact, and creative strategies for extensive CRM campaigns utilizing machine learning, predictive modeling, and tailored content.

• Oversee and implement marketing campaigns from the initial request phase to deployment across email, SMS, and push notification channels.

• Conduct audience segmentation and execution.

• Perform quality assurance on touchpoints, personalization components, and dynamic content.

• Create and launch campaigns.

• Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to enhance fan strategies and conversion rates.

• Optimize lifecycle CRM campaigns, such as onboarding and reactivation, using insights, analytics, and automation tools to boost fan lifetime value.

• Gather insights and learnings for future enhancements and template efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to devise campaign strategies and achieve performance objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation.

• Technical and production expertise on the Adobe platform (AEP, AJO, CJA).

• Familiarity with Email Service Providers; Epsilon PCM is preferred.

• Experience with Personalization Tools; Movable Ink is preferred.

• Experience with SMS Platforms; Attentive is preferred.

• Basic HTML editing skills and the ability to make adjustments to templates.

• Profound understanding of channel KPIs, A/B testing, metrics, and reporting.

• Proficient in Photoshop.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong project and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail and organization.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production schedule with varying workloads.

• Proven track record of collaboration and managing dependencies with team members for successful campaign launches.

• Enthusiasm for innovation and tackling challenging problems.

• A passion for sports is a plus.
