This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Carry out the daily, hands-on migration of current workflows from Zapier to Make.

• Convert scoping specifications and technical requirements into fully configured Pipedrive environments, which include pipelines, fields, permissions, and native integrations.

• Create, test, and sustain intricate, multi-step automation scenarios and webhooks using Make and Zapier.

• Establish, configure, and test third-party ecosystem tools and client add-ons, such as WATI, PandaDoc, form automation tools, and webhooks.

• Perform pre- and post-go-live quality assurance testing on CRM setups.

• Diagnose broken integration flows, API webhooks, workflow failures, and data synchronization errors independently.

• Act as the main point of contact for incoming client support tickets, delegate tickets to internal team members, and provide oversight on processes.

• Conduct scheduled 7-day, 14-day, and 21-day post-go-live check-ins with clients.

• Ensure the maintenance of critical automation deliverables and implementation continuity during team leave periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience configuring Pipedrive or similar CRMs at an administrative level.

• Practical experience in building, testing, and troubleshooting multi-step workflows in both Make and Zapier.

• Capability to independently adhere to documented standards and perform technical tasks based on written briefs.

• Technical expertise in configuring third-party integrations, including WATI or WhatsApp platforms, PandaDoc or document generation tools, form builders, and webhooks.

• Proficiency in independently diagnosing broken integration flows, API webhooks, field mapping errors, and data synchronization issues.
