• Design, execute, and oversee a diverse range of CRM implementations across various environments.
• Offer production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications.
• Update and support Microsoft Powerautomate Cloud Flows.
• Update and support Microsoft Azure Function Apps.
• Update and support Microsoft Azure Logic Apps.
• Aid in the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate new functionalities.
• Create, test, and implement D365 PowerAutomate and associated Cloud Flows.
• Develop, test, and implement custom features and processes within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Engage in business case creation and work estimation.
• Suggest and apply best practices for KofC.
• Collaborate with the business to enhance processes by utilizing Powerautomate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Help communicate new features to users.
• Generate and maintain application solution documentation.
• Assist in drafting user manuals for newly developed applications.
• Monitor and resolve performance or other issues as necessary.
• Availability for on-call and/or after-hours work is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while performing well under pressure.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively and communicate professionally across all levels.
• Must showcase current expertise in D365 CRM (Power platform, power automate, Apps), C#, .NET development, Portal Development, Power BI, and Azure.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions, preferably D365 / CRM and/or Power Platform.
• Experience with integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service.
• Familiarity with Common Data Services like Dataverse and integration with CRM solutions such as Dynamics 365.
• Experience in building PowerApps and apps driven by Flow structure.
• Proven experience working in an Agile delivery team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of hands-on CRM experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in building PowerApps and Flow structure driven applications.
• Over 5 years of IT experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities; must be capable of critical and independent thinking.
