This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Drive conversion from registration to purchase through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences utilizing email, SMS, and web push.
• Take charge of first-purchase activation during the initial 7 days.
• Differentiate renewal sequences based on plan tier (1 / 3 / 6 months).
• Develop pre-cancel intervention flows — including pause offers, plan-switching, and value reminders — informed by captured cancel reasons.
• Influence the month-1 rebill rate, which is the most critical metric in our subscription economics.
• Create the reactivation engine for the canceled cohort — using email and SMS, personalized according to cancel reasons and tenure.
• Recover revenue from a currently dormant base due to deliverability challenges.
• Oversee the CRM-driven pathway for add-on products (Resume Review, Resume Builder): including timing, segmentation, copy, and channel.
• Lead the transition from our current ESP to the chosen omnichannel platform (Maestra is the preferred candidate; Customer.io is the alternative).
• Restore and maintain email domain reputation.
• Establish SMS as a primary channel — ensuring compliance with US regulations (TCPA, A2P 10DLC).
• Set up web push notifications and coordinate cross-channel flows (email → SMS → push cascades).
• Implement incremental measurement with holdouts on each flow. Our focus is on generating incremental revenue that is both attributable and defensible.
• A minimum of 3 years experience managing CVM/lifecycle programs specifically for the US market, particularly in B2C subscriptions. This is non-negotiable — including US deliverability, carriers, consumer behavior, and compliance.
• At least 5 years of total experience in CRM/lifecycle/CVM, with at least one position where you owned the function end-to-end (not just execution).
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform — Maestra is preferred; Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo are also relevant.
• Proven hands-on experience launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US (including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, carrier compliance — not just working with a vendor).
• Real-world experience launching web push and measuring its effectiveness.
• Proficient in SQL enough to create your own segments and validate your data.
• A subscription-business mindset: you think in terms of LTV/payer, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts — rather than just opens and clicks.
• A history of generating measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdout tests.
• A bias toward action. We function as a small team; you will need to execute faster than you plan.
• **Nice to Have**
• Experience migrating from a compromised email domain.
• Background in job search, career, HR-tech, or related consumer subscription sectors (EdTech, FinTech, dating, streaming).
• Familiarity with iMessage Business / RCS.
• Communication skills in English and Russian.
• Clear mandate and ownership from day one. You will be responsible for the function, not just a contributor.
• The economics are highly leveraged — even a modest 5-percentage-point increase in month-1 rebill can significantly impact the company's bottom line.
• Direct collaboration with the CMO, CEO, and Growth PM. No bureaucratic layers, no politics.
• A market where your work is visibly impactful to users seeking their next job — outcomes you can genuinely appreciate.
• 38 Days Off.
