This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Propel Reg→Purchase conversion through automated post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences utilizing email, SMS, and web push.
• Take charge of first-purchase activation during the initial 7 days.
• Tailor renewal sequences based on plan tiers (1 / 3 / 6 month).
• Create pre-cancel intervention flows — including pause offers, plan-switch options, and value reminders — informed by captured cancellation reasons.
• Influence the month-1 rebill rate, which is the most significant metric in our subscription economics.
• Develop a reactivation engine for the canceled cohort — leveraging email and SMS, personalized according to cancellation reasons and tenure.
• Recover revenue from a currently dormant base due to deliverability challenges.
• Oversee the CRM-driven pathway for add-on products (Resume Review, Resume Builder): managing timing, segmentation, messaging, and channels.
• Lead the transition from our current ESP to our selected omnichannel platform (Maestra is the preferred option; Customer.io is an alternative).
• Safeguard and enhance email domain reputation.
• Establish SMS as a primary channel — ensuring compliance with US regulations (TCPA, A2P 10DLC).
• Set up web push notifications and coordinate cross-channel flows (email → SMS → push cascades).
• Implement incremental measurement with holdouts for every flow. Our goal is not just activity reports — we aim for incremental revenue that is attributable and defensible.
• A minimum of 3 years managing CVM/lifecycle programs specifically in the US market, focusing on US b2c subscriptions. This is non-negotiable — expertise in US deliverability, carriers, consumer behavior, and compliance is essential.
• At least 5 years of overall experience in CRM/lifecycle/CVM, with a proven track record of owning the function end-to-end (beyond mere execution).
• Practical experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform — with a strong preference for Maestra; relevant experience with Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo is also acceptable.
• Genuine hands-on experience in launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US (including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance — not just 'I collaborated with a vendor who managed it').
• Substantial hands-on experience in launching web push and quantifying its impact.
• Proficient in SQL to extract your own segments and validate your own data.
• A subscription-business mindset: you think in terms of LTV/payer, payback periods, retention curves, and cohorts — rather than just opens and clicks.
• A history of generating measurable incremental revenue from CRM efforts, ideally validated through holdouts.
• A proactive attitude. Our team is small; you will need to execute faster than you plan.
• Clear mandate and ownership from the outset. You are the function, not merely a contributor.
• The economics are highly leveraged — even a 5-percentage-point increase in month-1 rebill significantly impacts the company's bottom line.
• Direct collaboration with the CMO, CEO, and Growth PM. No bureaucracy, no politics.
• A market where your contributions are directly visible to users seeking their next job — outcomes you can truly feel.
• 38 Days Off.
