This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Drive conversion from registration to purchase through targeted post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences via email, SMS, and web push.
• Take ownership of first-purchase activation during the initial 7 days.
• Differentiate renewal sequences based on plan tiers (1 / 3 / 6 months).
• Develop pre-cancellation intervention flows — including pause offers, plan-switching, and value reminders — utilizing captured cancellation reasons.
• Influence the month-1 rebill rate, which is the most significant metric in our subscription financials.
• Create a reactivation engine for the cancelled cohort — through email and SMS, personalized by cancellation reasons and tenure.
• Recover revenue from a currently inactive base due to deliverability challenges.
• Manage the CRM-driven pathway for add-on products (Resume Review, Resume Builder): including timing, segmentation, messaging, and channel.
• Lead the transition from our existing ESP to our selected omnichannel platform (Maestra is the preferred option; Customer.io is an alternative).
• Recover and maintain the reputation of the email domain.
• Establish SMS as a primary communication channel — ensuring compliance with US regulations (TCPA, A2P 10DLC).
• Implement web push notifications and coordinate cross-channel flows (email → SMS → push cascades).
• Execute incremental measurement with holdouts on every flow. Our goal is to obtain incremental revenue that is attributable and defensible, not just activity reports.
• A minimum of 3 years managing CVM/lifecycle programs specifically in the US market, focusing on US b2c subscription. This is non-negotiable — understanding of US deliverability, carriers, consumer behavior, and compliance is essential.
• At least 5 years of overall experience in CRM/lifecycle/CVM, with at least one role where you owned the function from start to finish (not merely executing tasks).
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform — Maestra is strongly preferred; experience with Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo is also relevant.
• Proven, hands-on experience in launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US (including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance — not just collaborating with a vendor).
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in launching web push and measuring its impact.
• Proficiency in SQL sufficient to pull your own segments and validate your own data.
• A subscription-business mindset: you think in terms of LTV/payer, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts — rather than just opens and clicks.
• A proven record of generating measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdout testing.
• A bias for action. We operate as a small team; you'll need to deliver results faster than you plan.
• Clear mandate and ownership from day one. You're the primary driver of the function, not just a contributor.
• The economics are highly leveraged — even a 5-percentage-point increase in month-1 rebill can significantly impact the company's bottom line.
• Direct collaboration with the CMO, CEO, and Growth PM. No layers, no office politics.
• A market where your contributions are directly visible to users seeking their next job — outcomes you can truly appreciate.
• 38 Days Off.
