CRM Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Create clear, engaging, and human-centered copy for various platforms including the app, website, CRM, social media, product experiences, and performance marketing.

• Develop innovative concepts and copy for out-of-home (OOH), digital, social media, television, radio, CRM, performance marketing, and other channels.

• Collaborate with teams in Product, Growth, Design, Motion, Animation, Marketing, CRM, and Social to plan and execute campaigns.

• Simplify complex financial products, features, and services into easily understandable messaging.

• Produce performance marketing copy for platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Ensure a consistent Moniepoint tone of voice across all communications and touchpoints.

• Generate culturally relevant content that reflects the realities, behaviors, and experiences of customers.

• Work alongside designers and other creatives to ensure alignment between copy and visual execution.

• Assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and customer education initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within an agency, brand, fintech, technology, media, or consumer-facing setting.

• A strong portfolio that showcases excellent writing skills, creative thinking, and experience across various channels.

• Proven experience in crafting copy for campaigns, product launches, social media, CRM, performance marketing, and digital platforms.

• Experience in writing scripts for motion graphics and animated videos.

• Demonstrated ability in writing performance marketing copy for Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Familiarity with content best practices is a plus.

• Capability to adapt writing for different channels and audiences while keeping a consistent brand voice.

• Understanding of consumer behavior.

• Skill in simplifying complex information into clear and relatable messaging.
