CRM Campaign Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Set up and implement comprehensive CRM campaigns across various channels, such as email, onsite notifications, and promotional pages.

• Leverage data and reporting tools to facilitate segmentation, targeting, and optimal timing decisions for campaigns.

• Evaluate campaign performance through dashboards and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Tableau, CRM analytics), continuously improving execution based on insights.

• Create, oversee, and validate player segments within CRM systems (e.g., Fast Track or similar platforms) to guarantee precise targeting and personalization.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals and player engagement strategies.

• Monitor and assess campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.

• Confirm all campaigns adhere to responsible gaming policies, data privacy regulations, and relevant compliance standards.

• Participate in process and workflow enhancements, fostering a culture centered on data-driven execution and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution (experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage).

• Strong expertise in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Fast Track, including workflows for campaigns and segmentation logic.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data insights into actionable campaign strategies.

• Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple workflows at once.

• High attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a results-oriented mindset.
