CRM Campaign Manager, Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the testing and enhancement of email campaigns within a UAT/test environment

• Creating and refining segments, journeys, and triggered communications

• Designing and constructing responsive email templates using HTML/CSS

• Facilitating the initial rollout of campaigns and warm-up activities

• Overseeing campaign execution as it transitions to regular business operations

• Offering advice and support to the client

• Collaborating closely with Ceox and client stakeholders throughout the delivery and testing phases

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust experience in managing email marketing campaigns

• Practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys

• Proficient in HTML/CSS for email template creation

• Background in executing campaigns within structured or regulated environments

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, especially in public sector contexts
