This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Assess the health of gaming economies and player behaviors to uncover opportunities for revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to design, monitor, and evaluate campaigns, creating player segmentation models to optimize lifetime value.
• Create sophisticated dashboards in Tableau and Looker, along with automated reports for real-time visibility into player lifecycles.
• Convert data science models into practical monetization strategies for leadership teams.
• Validate features through A/B testing and statistical analysis to foster a culture of testing.
• Predict the effects of gamification features on player engagement and spending, then assess the outcomes.
• Experience in the gaming industry focusing on BI/data analysis related to monetization, gamification, or CRM analytics.
• Proven ability to support CRM teams in reporting and lifecycle strategy development.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL for handling large data sets, along with skills in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for visualization.
• Understanding of player behavior, virtual economies, and the principles of gamification.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear recommendations to stakeholders who may not have technical expertise.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving concerning trends and data accuracy.
