This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Transform blockchain and product data into insightful, actionable information.
• Manage the complete analytics stack for wallet funnels, wagering patterns, lifecycle marketing, and compliance.
• Create, develop, and refine Tableau dashboards that highlight essential KPIs.
• Write production-quality SQL to structure clean datasets.
• Utilize Python for analysis, data quality assessments, lightweight ETL/backfills, API integrations, and automation tasks.
• Handle on-chain data: interpret EVM logs and token transfers, merge labeled-address datasets, and evaluate exchange/bridge activities.
• Oversee crypto wallet analytics throughout the entire funnel.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing/CRM, Risk/Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Design and assess experiments, cohorts, and attribution methods.
• Explore anomalies and suggest corrective actions.
• Automate regular reporting and alerts for KPI fluctuations.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Advanced expertise in complex joins, window functions, performance enhancement, and dimensional data modeling in SQL.
• Proficient in using LOD expressions, parameters, actions, data modeling, extract vs. live strategies, and optimizing dashboard performance in Tableau.
• Practical experience with environments, sources/exposures, testing, documentation, and CI/CD integration in dbt.
• Skilled in analytics and data engineering with Python (e.g., pandas); able to write modular, maintainable code, integrate with APIs, and schedule lightweight jobs.
• Solid understanding of crypto wallets and transaction flows, including custodial versus non-custodial models and WalletConnect/MetaMask.
• Experience with dbt Cloud, data quality tools (Great Expectations, Monte Carlo), and workflow orchestration (Airflow, Prefect) is preferred.
• Proven ability to perform on-chain analytics using platforms like Dune, Flipside, Goldsky, or Nansen, or through self-indexed data; familiarity with contract ABIs and entity/address labeling is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with modern data warehouses and object storage, including ClickHouse, AWS, and Amazon S3 is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of data governance and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of iGaming economics and KPIs: deposits, wagers, hold, GGR/NGR, RTP, bonus efficiency, responsible gaming metrics, and common fraud/AML patterns is preferred.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) is preferred.
