Analista de BI Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI;

• Serve as the primary contact with clients, understanding their needs and proposing analytical solutions;

• Translate business requirements into relevant indicators and analyses;

• Interpret data, identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement;

• Generate actionable insights based on data to support strategic and operational decisions;

• Monitor the quality, consistency, and plausibility of information;

• Assist in defining metrics, KPIs, and managerial analyses;

• Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams;

• Deepen understanding of program processes and rules (PSP/DSP) and systems (e.g., Salesforce) for accurate data interpretation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a BI Analyst;

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI;

• Experience in data modeling and indicator creation;

• Proficiency in SQL;

• Proven ability for critical analysis and generating insights;

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business areas;

• Analytical, proactive, and organized profile;

• Experience with data analysis in operational contexts (not just corporate);

• Knowledge of Salesforce;

• Familiarity with PSP/DSP programs or patient journeys;

• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or benefits programs sectors;

• Knowledge of ETL processes and databases.
