CRM Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Refresh and maintain contacts, notes, and pipelines

• Categorize, tag, and arrange CRM data efficiently

• Provide assistance with basic automations, workflows, and triggers

• Generate weekly summaries or activity reports from the CRM

• Facilitate client onboarding processes and follow-up sequences

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or comparable platforms

• Exceptional data accuracy and organizational skills

• Proficient in Google Workspace and spreadsheet applications

• Detail-oriented and reliable
