• Assist in the daily management of the CRM system, ensuring effective utilization, prompt updates, review of data and metrics, and provide fundamental support to internal teams.
• Help with the basic setup and upkeep of workflows within the CRM.
• Report any incidents or errors to the area manager.
• Aid in the development and revision of user manuals and guides.
• Support the uploading, validation, and cleansing of data within the system.
• Collaborate on the rollout of CRM enhancements or updates under supervision.
• Assist in reviewing support tickets or cases to guarantee they are accurately logged.
• Work together in preparing basic reports for the Client Success team.
• Student or graduate in Information Systems, Administration, Business Processes, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience working with a CRM (preferably HubSpot).
• Capability to swiftly learn new technological tools.
• Fundamental understanding of data analysis and information management.
• Enthusiasm for automation and process enhancement.
