CRM and Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Configure and program promotional offers within the loyalty platform.

• Conduct thorough testing of campaigns and manage scheduling for successful launches.

• Set up and oversee audience segmentation for targeted communications via email and SMS.

• Execute remote testing on integrated systems to guarantee functionality and accuracy.

• Maintain and update platform configurations as required.

• Monitor campaign performance and produce reports with actionable insights.

• Manage and resolve support tickets from clients and end users.

• Provide phone support for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple campaigns concurrently.

• Comfortable working with technology platforms, data, and system configurations.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed setting.

• Experience in customer support and managing technical or platform-related inquiries.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

• Technical aptitude and a willingness to quickly learn new tools and systems.

• Experience with loyalty platforms or POS systems is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
