CRM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a comprehensive, multichannel operation within the CRM system

• Organize and maintain the data architecture within the platform

• Formulate strategies for customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention

• Manage, cleanse, and categorize the database

• Structure project management, client meetings, and presentation materials

• Deliver outputs and manage requests utilizing agile methodologies

• Perform analyses on performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics

• Create dashboards and generate regular reports

• Develop automation processes and establish data extraction methods

• Design and execute intricate customer relationship flows
