Critical Incident Responder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Critical Incident Response team as an Affiliate at HealthHero.

• Balance your private practice and work obligations with the role of Critical Incident Responder.

• Collaborate with a network of Freelance Clinicians to support mental health services across the UK & Ireland.

• Deliver tailored psychological solutions to corporate clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in face-to-face counselling.

• Registered Counsellor with IACP, APCP, IAHIP, NAPCP, ICP, PSI (or equivalent).

• Trained in CISM.

• Capable of providing onsite and/or remote support for other companies and/or Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).

• Hold a recognised Diploma qualification in Counselling (minimum Level 4).

• Accumulated a minimum of 450 hours of supervised client hours post-qualification.

• Experienced in a similar capacity, offering contracted counselling and managing your own caseload.

• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Systems and electronic clinical record systems.
