This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Responsible for leading the progress and resolution of critical customer issues within the assigned geographic area.
β’ Create and implement action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams in product development and management.
β’ Provide ongoing updates regarding CAP status to both internal stakeholders and customer representatives, including VP and C-level executives.
β’ Exhibit strong judgment in risk management and problem resolution, making timely decisions that consider both business and technical perspectives.
β’ Conduct post-mortem analyses and initiate internal discussions to identify key areas for improvement in products, processes, and personnel.
β’ Basic understanding of AI/ML technologies, with experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes within your functional area.
β’ Experience in program or project management of critical issues in a cross-functional setting, collaborating with sales, customers, and partners to address complex challenges.
β’ A technical background in security and/or networking, with the capability to communicate product details from both an engineering and customer executive perspective.
β’ Background in customer-facing sales and/or service delivery roles, focusing on effectively resolving complex technical issues.
β’ BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
