This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Delivers urgent professional mental health services to both children and adults on a rotating schedule with twenty-four (24) hours, seven days a week coverage.
• Responds via phone or in-person within a designated timeframe.
• Conducts emergency screenings and assessments to establish suitable levels of care.
• Operates in accordance with the current Lighthouse protocols for crisis diversion services.
• Collaborates with medical professionals, law enforcement, the court system, and/or other mental health experts to perform assessments as required.
• Provides support coverage for fellow team members as needed.
• Takes responsibility for the prompt submission of necessary reports and logs.
• Accurately completes documentation in the EMR system.
• Completion of the curriculum requirements for a Master’s degree in a mental health or substance abuse-related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a professional role delivering clinical services, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Oklahoma State Licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LADC - MH.
• Significant skill in working with children, effectively addressing social, emotional, and addiction issues.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have personal automobile insurance.
