Crisis Clinician, LMHP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Perform real-time remote crisis evaluations utilizing secure, HIPAA-compliant systems.

• Assess risk factors, safety issues, and clinical requirements.

• Make independent judgments regarding the appropriate level of care and subsequent actions.

• Ensure timely, audit-ready documentation is completed.

• Work collaboratively with a skilled and responsive crisis team.

⛳️ Requirements

• LMHP (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or a license-eligible clinician in Virginia.

• Preferred experience in crisis, emergency, or behavioral health environments.

• New graduates are welcome to apply.

• Capability to perform independent assessments with support as necessary.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Consistent internet access and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
