This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and formulate differential diagnoses.
• Offer management of psychiatric medications.
• Establish a therapeutic relationship with patients.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee a caseload of patients for a duration of 8 to 12 weeks, providing medication management.
• Perform detailed risk assessments and create safety plans.
• Use validated clinical tools to assist in differential diagnosis.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure comprehensive care during behavioral health crises.
• Actively engage in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Keep accurate documentation of all patient-related care.
• Participate in clinical supervision.
• Work with patients, their families, and community providers to guarantee comprehensive behavioral health care.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or an equivalent non-U.S. degree).
• Board Certification.
• Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (or an equivalent non-U.S. degree).
• Possess an active license to practice in New York.
• Adhere to all state requirements and ongoing education mandates to provide behavioral health care.
• Have experience in clinical assessments, developing differential diagnoses, creating and implementing clinical treatment plans, and managing psychiatric medications.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric medication management.
• Have experience in clinical risk management, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning.
• Be proficient and comfortable with utilizing validated clinical tools to enhance clinical care.
• Be experienced and comfortable with technology use.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Have experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
