This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Examine and assess criminal-law documents, court submissions, and case materials.
• Assess AI-generated legal content for precision, lucidity, thoroughness, and ethical standards.
• Compose, revise, or annotate realistic scenarios, arguments, and legal analyses in criminal law.
• Recognize intricate legal issues, procedural nuances, and areas requiring further context.
• Analyze factual and legal reasoning in both prosecution and defense contexts.
• Identify and highlight inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or legally unfounded conclusions.
• Articulate complex criminal-law concepts in clear and precise written language.
• Offer succinct and actionable feedback to enhance AI-generated legal deliverables.
• Monitor pertinent statutory, procedural, and case-law developments as necessary for assigned tasks.
• Work collaboratively in a remote setting with legal, research, and project teams to meet evaluation needs.
• Valid license to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Significant professional experience in criminal law and criminal procedure.
• Experience in representing clients, prosecuting cases, or managing criminal matters.
• Strong understanding of court procedures, legal reasoning, evidentiary challenges, and case analysis.
• Background in reviewing or drafting court documents, legal arguments, opinions, or case summaries.
• Capability to analyze complex legal fact patterns and identify pertinent legal issues.
• Previous experience with AI is not a prerequisite.
