Civil Litigation and Consumer Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a case portfolio, ensuring deadlines are tracked and proceedings are monitored at each stage

• Prepare court documents, including defenses, appeals, and interim motions

• Evaluate court rulings and draft opinions for appeals

• Maintain the system with pertinent case details

• Create and implement various strategies to effectively manage and progress cases within the portfolio

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and current registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)

• Uphold ethics, integrity, and transparency

• Strong sense of commitment

• High sense of urgency, demonstrating excellent time-management and work-optimization abilities

• Capability to manage a substantial volume of cases in a fast-paced environment

• Proven experience in civil litigation

• Familiarity with civil law and civil procedure

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience in processing large amounts of information
