This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create impactful case strategies that effectively address emotional arguments and produce results.
• Establish a higher benchmark and strive for excellence in all facets of the work.
• Independently oversee court appearances, depositions, motion practices, and trials.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff across various experience levels.
• Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Mentor and provide support to junior attorneys, aiding in team development and success.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in the state of California.
• 1–8 years of substantial litigation experience, encompassing case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Capability to independently manage a comprehensive caseload, from discovery to trial.
• Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• The base salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $160,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Attorneys may qualify for an annual billable hours bonus starting at $10,000, with an additional $7,500 for each subsequent tier.
