This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create persuasive case strategies that effectively navigate emotional arguments and achieve results.
• Raise the bar by challenging mediocrity and striving for excellence in every task.
• Take charge of court appearances, depositions, motion practices, and trials independently.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across all experience levels.
• Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.
• Develop and sustain relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Mentor and provide support to junior attorneys, aiding in team development and success.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school accredited by the ABA.
• Active bar license in California.
• 1–8 years of substantial litigation experience, covering case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Capacity to independently manage a complete caseload, from discovery to trial.
• Previous experience in insurance defense is preferred.
• Knowledge of litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Annual billable hours bonus starting at $10,000, increasing by $7,500 for each additional tier.
