Credit Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass monthly cash collection and aged debt objectives

• Responsible for the comprehensive management of strategic accounts

• Collaborate positively as part of the team to fulfill team goals and objectives

• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a broader team to handle daily responsibilities

• Ensure effective communication with key customers and stakeholders while addressing the debt ledger in a timely manner

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Recognize process and contractual discrepancies and work towards solutions with customers

• Provide prompt and appropriate escalation when customers or Vodafone internal stakeholders fail to meet agreed-upon actions
