Credit Control Delivery Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, engaging training in Credit Control and Collections that aligns with apprenticeship standards, awarding body, and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver apprenticeships and qualifications according to DWP, ESFA, and awarding body quality frameworks.

• Strategically plan, prepare, and conduct dynamic sessions on essential topics such as customer account management, debt recovery, credit risk, negotiation, communication, and regulatory compliance.

• Employ a variety of delivery methods including workshops, webinars, and individualized coaching.

• Create and update educational materials to ensure relevance to current financial legislation, best practices, and industry standards.

• Assist learners in developing professional behaviors, confidence, and technical abilities in accordance with the Credit Services Association (CSA).

• Assess learner needs, establish SMART targets, and provide customized feedback to promote progress and achievement.

• Support learners in their gateway preparation and ensure they are adequately prepared to successfully complete the End Point Assessment (EPA).

• Evaluate learner assignments, offer constructive feedback, and keep precise records of progress tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations, with a solid understanding of credit management practices.

• Experience in providing vocational or work-based training, preferably in the finance or business administration sectors.

• A recognized teaching or training qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).

• An assessing qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33, or equivalent).
