This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate commercial discussions with clients utilizing a consultative approach.
• Establish strong, trust-based relationships.
• Assess clients' financial circumstances and requirements.
• Evaluate competing offers and analyze the credit market.
• Prepare capital requests for risk assessment.
• Follow and enhance investigation/questioning protocols.
• Negotiate to balance conversion rates and profitability.
• Keep the CRM system updated with accurate, high-quality information.
• Independently and systematically manage the sales pipeline.
• Experience in consultative sales within a commercial environment.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial and credit scenario analysis.
• Prior experience with credit products is essential.
• Proficient in organization and CRM management.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in B2B credit transactions.
