This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reviewing and addressing healthcare credit balance accounts for health insurance clients.

• Analyzing the underlying causes of account balances.

• Collaborating with provider staff to guarantee accurate and complete resolutions, whether through refunds, adjustments, or other actions.

• Verifying account details and financial transactions in the assigned Provider patient accounting system and other relevant applications.

• Conducting thorough analyses to implement precise and suitable actions for full resolution, including refunds or adjustments.

• Promptly responding to external and internal follow-up inquiries.

• Managing accounts receivable to finalize identified Client overpayments by providing necessary supporting documents and detailed follow-up notes.

• Effectively communicating with internal teams and leadership to resolve queries and advance accounts.

• Recognizing and escalating complex issues or trends that could affect resolution.

• Sustaining a high level of accuracy while operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or revenue cycle (preferred experience includes coursework, internships, or patient accounting work).

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of reviewing detailed information and identifying discrepancies.

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and analyze large volumes of data.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with a reliable workspace and minimal distractions.
