This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Evaluates and processes applications for provider privileges.
• Emphasizes follow-up, consistency, and meeting strict deadlines.
• Reviews and assesses provider credentialing files for completeness, accuracy, issues, and modifications.
• Addresses provider inquiries received through letters, phone calls, or internal departments.
• Manages the re-credentialing process for Physicians and CRNAs.
• Adheres to HIPAA regulations.
• Supports additional special projects and process redesign initiatives as needed.
• High School Diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in provider credentialing is required.
• Prior experience with provider credentialing/enrollment software is essential.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging with various stakeholders across different organizations.
• Must be adept at working under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills are necessary.
