• **About the Role** We are looking for a Credentialing Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic medical practice where precise credentialing is crucial for provider readiness and enhancing patient experiences. You will manage essential, detail-oriented workflows related to credentialing and administrative tasks, working autonomously while remaining highly responsive during Pacific Time hours. • **Responsibilities**
• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing workflows, ensuring that submissions are thorough, accurate, and timely.
• Keep provider records up-to-date across licensing boards, payers, and regulatory entities, maintaining meticulous version control.
• Prepare, review, and submit credentialing applications and accompanying documentation with a near-zero error tolerance.
• Proactively follow up with insurance companies, hospitals, and clinics to ensure credentialing timelines progress smoothly.
• Professionally communicate with doctors, staff, and patients to collect and verify sensitive information.
• Monitor credentialing status in online systems and internal trackers, identifying risks early and documenting actions clearly.
• Provide high-accuracy administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, document organization, and file management.
• Safeguard confidentiality at all times and manage patient/provider information with discretion and care.
• **Must-Have:**
• Outstanding English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with online portals, databases, and document workflows (high accuracy is essential).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent approach to process-oriented work.
• Professional and confident communication style when interacting with medical staff and providers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing priorities without constant supervision.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Pacific Time hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
• High reliability and a long-term commitment (extensive training is involved and responsibilities are critical).

• Previous experience in medical credentialing or a healthcare administrative role.
• Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers, payer systems, hospitals, or clinics.
• Familiarity with EMR platforms and/or healthcare documentation standards.
