Creator Project Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of our Creator Community: respond to creators' inquiries and keep them informed about new app features, sales campaign timelines, and Brand Days.

• Develop educational presentations aimed at teaching creators how to create high-quality content.

• Assist in brand-focused presentations, highlighting brands to creators to enhance matchmaking opportunities.

• Conduct online webinars and present engaging live sessions to creators.

• Address creator issues submitted through tickets, helping to clarify platform violations and guiding creators towards compliant practices.

• Perform basic data analysis to create product bestseller posters that we share with creators in community discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in ecommerce, creator operations, project management, customer service, or a related discipline.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — capable of explaining concepts clearly, presenting confidently, and engaging an audience during live webinars.

• A community-first, approachable attitude — enthusiastic about interacting with creators and fostering trustworthy relationships.

• Strong organizational abilities — adept at managing updates, presentations, tickets, and campaigns without oversight.

• Proficient in basic data analysis — able to extract simple insights and convert them into clear, creator-friendly resources such as bestseller posters.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — committed to taking ownership of creator issues and following them through to resolution.

• Bilingual in German and English, with proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
