This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of strategic partnerships with creators. Manage and expand a portfolio of prominent influencers and creators, proactively addressing their needs to foster long-term retention and success.
• Propel performance and growth. Evaluate creator performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance earnings. Develop reporting and operational resources that facilitate both strategic planning and daily execution.
• Collaborate across functions. Work alongside Brand, Influencer, Product, and Data teams to ensure that creator requirements are integrated into our initiatives and operational strategies.
• Represent the creator's voice. Advocate on behalf of creators throughout the organization and establish feedback mechanisms between creators and Product, ensuring the roadmap addresses genuine creator challenges.
• Manage retention metrics. Assume responsibility for the key performance indicators that signify success, including monthly active creators, earnings growth, and creator NPS.
• 4–6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or roles focused on creators, influencers, or partnerships.
• A demonstrated history of managing and enhancing high-profile accounts or relationships with creators, influencers, or publishers.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools, with a sincere interest in expanding their application.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills — capable of influencing and guiding top-tier accounts.
• Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Claude, and Looker is advantageous.
