Creator Outreach Associate – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct extensive searches across various platforms and communities to identify emerging talent, comprehend cultural resonance, and proactively engage with creators who have the potential to excel on Twitch.

• Initiate confident cold outreach and persuade creators to view Twitch as an exciting and meaningful progression in their careers.

• Remain deeply connected to creator trends, up-and-coming influencers, new platforms, and cultural moments that influence audience gathering.

• Assist creators during their initial steps on Twitch—ensuring onboarding is clear, supportive, and focused on enabling them to confidently reach their first stream.

• Manage each creator relationship from initial outreach through their first stream, subsequently transitioning to a Strategic Partner Manager with comprehensive context (creator background, onboarding notes, first-stream feedback) for further development.

• Oversee your outreach pipeline in a CRM—documenting touchpoints, updating lead statuses, and maintaining clean records.

• Verify leads prior to outreach (confirm follower counts, ensure a creator isn’t already assigned) to maintain pipeline accuracy and prevent duplicate outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work and receive payment in the US for the duration of the contract.

• Previous experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting position.

• Demonstrated interest and knowledge in one of the following areas: creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.

• A genuine enthusiasm for livestreaming and internet culture, paired with a strong understanding of the creator economy—including the platforms where creators are emerging (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and the factors driving content trends.

• A strong determination to identify and onboard new creators to Twitch, and to nurture their growth, with a deep commitment to shaping the platform's future.

• Proficiency with CRM and creator-analytics tools, or the capability to learn them swiftly, to effectively manage a pipeline and source creators.
