Creator Outreach Associate, Brazilian Portuguese Fluency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct extensive searches across various platforms and communities to identify emerging talent, comprehend cultural trends, and proactively engage with creators who have the potential to excel on Twitch.

• Initiate confident cold outreach efforts to encourage creators to view Twitch as an exciting and significant next step in their professional journey.

• Stay well-informed about creator trends, up-and-coming influencers, new platforms, and cultural events that influence audience engagement.

• Assist creators in navigating their initial experiences on Twitch—ensuring the onboarding process is clear, supportive, and focused on helping them successfully prepare for their first stream.

• Collaborate closely with the Brazil team to identify, engage, and onboard Brazilian Portuguese-speaking creators onto the platform.

• Manage each creator relationship from the initial outreach through their first stream, providing a comprehensive handoff to a Strategic Partner Manager with detailed context (creator background, onboarding insights, first-stream feedback) for continued development.

• Oversee your outreach pipeline within a CRM—documenting touchpoints, updating lead statuses, and maintaining clean records.

• Verify leads prior to outreach (confirming follower counts, ensuring a creator isn’t already assigned) to maintain pipeline accuracy and prevent duplicate outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work and receive payment in the US for the duration of the contract.

• Fully fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese (both spoken and written), with the capability to conduct outreach and build relationships with Brazilian Portuguese-speaking creators.

• Ability to work hours that align with Brazil's time zone, at a minimum, to effectively collaborate with the Brazil team and creators.

• Previous experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting position.

• Demonstrated interest and knowledge in one of the following areas: creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.

• A genuine enthusiasm for livestreaming and internet culture, along with a strong understanding of the creator economy—including where creators are gaining traction across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and what drives content trends.

• A commitment to discovering and nurturing new creators on Twitch, coupled with a strong desire to contribute to the platform’s future.

• Proficiency with CRM and creator-analytics tools, or the ability to quickly learn them, to manage a pipeline and efficiently source creators.
