This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assemble, recruit, guide, and mentor a high-achieving team of SDRs
• Create and implement innovative strategies for outbound lead generation
• Establish clear objectives and KPIs for the team, accompanied by regular performance reports
• Oversee and enhance all outbound activities and processes
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams
• Organize regular training sessions and workshops to improve team capabilities
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS
• At least 2 years in a role as an SDR Manager (or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing SDRs targeting the US market
• Must be prepared to work US Central shift hours from our Bangalore office
• Demonstrable record of outstanding outbound sales development performance
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and data-driven approach
• Experience with CRM systems (bonus points for HubSpot or Salesforce)
• Bonus points for experience with ABM platforms or Intent platforms (like Demand Base, 6Sense, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
