Creator Manager – TikTok Shop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Recruit TikTok Shop creators to Grail and oversee their brand partnerships.

• Take ownership of revenue growth for TikTok Shop flat-fee collaborations with a selection of signed creators.

• Discover, propose, and secure paid collaboration opportunities for creators.

• Negotiate terms, rates, and deliverables with brands.

• Act as the main point of contact and advocate for creators.

• Oversee the execution of campaigns from deal closure to completion.

• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and communication between creators and brands.

• Ensure that creators produce content on time and align with brand expectations.

• Offer guidance to creators on content performance and positioning to enhance deal flow.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with brands and TikTok Shop partners.

• Monitor partnership performance and report on revenue and campaign results across the TikTok Shop team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Social Commerce Team.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple creators, deals, and deadlines at once.

• Strong skills in communication and relationship management.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Keen interest in influencer marketing, TikTok culture, and the creator economy.

• Must be fluent in English.

• Highly organized and driven by deadlines.

• Self-motivated with the ability to act swiftly and take initiative.
