
Creative Traffic & Project Coordinator – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise the complete workflow for all creative projects.
• Evaluate and filter incoming briefs to confirm they are comprehensive, clear, and actionable.
• Detect gaps in scope, missing details, and unrealistic timelines, and proactively address them.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables utilizing tools such as Asana, Slack, and Figma.
• Monitor team capacity and resource distribution to effectively balance workloads.
• Identify risks early and keep stakeholders informed about priorities and deadlines.
• Act as the primary liaison between the creative team, internal and external stakeholders, external agencies, and event partners.
• Ensure effective communication and expectation management among all parties involved.
• Pursue inputs, approvals, and assets to avert bottlenecks.
• Maintain visibility on all active workstreams and provide status updates as needed.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, traffic management, workflow coordination, or project management within a creative, brand, marketing, or design setting (either agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana (or similar), and comfort using collaboration tools such as Slack and Figma.
• Understanding of how design and creative teams function, recognizing what designers need to excel.
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong skills in prioritization, problem-solving, and anticipating potential obstacles.
• A proactive attitude and a sincere interest in enhancing team efficiency.
• Availability to work adjusted hours to facilitate collaboration across global time zones (APAC, Europe, Americas).
• Proficient written English is essential.
