This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and sustain comprehensive AI workflows for generating images and videos.

• Create reusable templates for shot production across various series.

• Incorporate ControlNet systems (depth, pose, motion, segmentation) into the workflows.

• Oversee model versioning, LoRA stacks, and ensure asset consistency.

• Assess and test new AI tools, models, and creative workflows.

• Share insights and workflow enhancements with internal teams.

• Serve as a technical resource across creative teams.

• Foster relationships with leading AI platforms and contribute to thought leadership in the industry.

• Create and uphold a public-facing presence for TrueShort’s innovation and R&D initiatives, highlighting workflows, insights, and creative advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with ComfyUI.

• Proficient knowledge of Python (automation, scripting, debugging).

• In-depth understanding of latent diffusion workflows and VAE decoding.

• Experience with various ControlNet variants and model conditioning techniques.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream, etc.

• Experience utilizing AI video tools like Kling, Veo, Seedance, Runway, etc.

• Strong knowledge of the AI filmmaking community on X, with the capability to monitor emerging workflows, tools, and techniques in real time.
