📋 Description

• Take ownership of how Hard Rock Bet's brand, promotional strategies, and creative campaigns are implemented across various channels (digital, print, properties, and partners), ensuring that every communication is purposeful, cohesive, and aligned with business objectives in Casino and Sports.

• Utilize market research to uncover audience insights, competitive trends, and category opportunities that shape the omni creative strategy for Casino and Sports.

• Provide the creative team and agency partners with clear, insight-driven guidance by transforming data and research findings into actionable creative briefs, campaign strategies, and omni-channel marketing plans.

• Work closely with Omni and Marketing stakeholders throughout the brief development process, ensuring that briefs are grounded in insights, clearly defined, and set up the creative team and agency partners for success.

• Develop and oversee a testing and optimization framework for omni-channel creative, collaborating with marketing and omni analytics to assess performance, extract learnings, and apply them to future initiatives.

• Act as a senior strategic leader and primary collaboration point between the creative team, internal stakeholders, and agency partners, providing direction and creative insight, aligning objectives, managing feedback loops, and ensuring projects adhere to briefs.

• Manage the review and approval process for all omni-channel creative work, ensuring that every execution aligns with brand standards, strategic objectives, and Omni team best practices prior to launch.

• Keep abreast of industry trends in digital marketing, iGaming, and sports betting to continually refine Hard Rock Bet's creative strategy and maintain a competitive advantage.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing, with an emphasis on omni-channel campaigns.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesize market research, translating findings into compelling creative briefs and marketing strategies.

• Experience in developing and managing testing and optimization programs for creative content across digital, social, and CRM channels.

• Proficient in managing and directing OOH, digital, and print creative, including signage, billboards, and direct mail, with a comprehensive understanding of how brand and promotional messaging works across large-format and physical touchpoints.

• A proven history of effective cross-functional collaboration, connecting creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and agency partners through complex and fast-paced projects, including providing strategic direction and constructive creative feedback to agency partners.

• Strong expertise in managing creative review and approval processes, with the capability to offer clear, strategic guidance that enhances the work.

• Ability to bridge analytical and creative aspects, comfortable assessing ad performance metrics and data insights while possessing a keen eye for design and copy that engages audiences.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a fundamental understanding of design principles essential for credible collaboration with creative teams and agency partners.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms for coordinating workflows across diverse teams.

• Comfortable with AI tools and open to integrating new technologies into research, briefing, and optimization processes.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating strategic rationale to both creative and business audiences.

• Experience in both brick-and-mortar and digital marketing within the Casino industry is a significant asset.
