• Develop Wand's Creative Engine
• Take ownership of the concepts that influence how millions of players discover and engage with Wand.
• Be the key driver behind our paid creative strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
• Define the narratives we share, the emotions we evoke, and the perspectives we explore.
• Create and enhance the creative systems that enable us to consistently deliver successful ads.
• Transform creative production into a sustainable growth engine instead of a series of isolated campaigns.
• Influence How Gamers Perceive Wand
• Develop the positioning, messaging, and creative approaches that make players feel recognized rather than targeted.
• Identify the moments, frustrations, aspirations, and inside jokes that resonate with authentic gamers.
• Convert gameplay experiences into concepts that capture attention and prompt action.
• Assist in defining Wand's voice as we expand globally.
• Foster a Culture of Experimentation
• Advocate for bold ideas and test them promptly.
• Establish frameworks for transforming creative insights into future successes.
• Continuously discover new opportunities, trends, and insights from performance metrics.
• Go beyond templates and recycled formats to produce original content that aligns with gaming culture.
• Oversee Creative Production
• Manage freelancers, editors, designers, creators, and agency collaborators.
• Craft concise briefs that inspire exceptional work.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback that enhances output without hindering team progress.
• Ensure all creative deliverables reflect both player insight and performance objectives.
• 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, copywriting, creative direction, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in creating performance-driven paid social creative.
• Strong grasp of Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and platform-specific creative formats.
• Experience in translating insights and data into creative strategies.
• Background in managing freelancers, agencies, or creative collaborators.
• A portfolio showcasing concept development, messaging, and creative thinking—not solely execution.
• Ability to articulate both the concept behind a creative piece and the results it achieved.
