This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the creative strategy for LBX LATAM, establishing campaign concepts, messaging, tone of voice, and brand direction for the region.
• Develop campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility, attracting new traders, and positioning LBX as a premier CFD broker in LATAM.
• Tailor global brand campaigns and assets into culturally relevant concepts for Latin American audiences.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the LATAM team and the global Creative Studio in Cyprus, ensuring campaigns are relevant to local markets and ready for execution.
• Lead and mentor the Social Media & Content Manager, directing content strategy and creative execution across various channels.
• Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and regional communications.
• Collaborate closely with compliance and legal teams to confirm that campaigns comply with regulatory standards.
• Assist IB and Affiliate teams by providing co-branded assets and campaign toolkits.
• Recognize regional trends, cultural moments, and market opportunities to create timely and impactful campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed while upholding creative quality standards.
• Monitor campaign and brand performance, leveraging insights to refine and enhance the creative strategy.
• 6–10 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or integrated marketing — preferably with experience on both the agency and client sides.
• A demonstrated history of building or relaunching a brand in LATAM from the ground up, or leading regional creative efforts for a global brand in Latin America.
• Profound cultural fluency within key LATAM markets.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or another regulated, trust-sensitive industry.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking: capable of developing a campaign idea from brief to presentation with clarity and confidence.
• Experience in managing or mentoring creative or content team members.
• Knowledge of compliance review processes for financial content.
• Proficiency in English.
