This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Daily analysis of Meta and Google ad performance data within a performance-to-brief pipeline.

• Determine which hooks are becoming stale, which formats are retaining viewer attention, and which audiences are experiencing saturation.

• Convert these insights into organized creative briefs, including segments, messages, hook types, formats, references, and success metrics.

• Develop and prioritize a creative testing strategy in collaboration with media buyers.

• Oversee brief management and execution, coordinating with designers, video editors, copywriters, and UGC creators.

• Keep a well-organized tagged library of creative assets so that successful concepts from previous projects can be easily accessed and refined, rather than starting anew.

• Script UGC and adapt to trends by monitoring UGC and short-form content trends on TikTok and Instagram continuously, quickly adjusting successful formats to suit client brands and offerings before they lose effectiveness.

• Refine existing UGC concepts using performance data, including tightening hooks, testing new openers, and adjusting pacing directions for editors.

• Craft UGC-style scripts that reflect authentic speech rather than traditional ad copy.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related field (including media buying, copywriting, or brand marketing with a focus on performance).

• Proven experience in writing structured creative briefs, distinct from mood boards.

• Direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce experience is highly preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced agency atmosphere while managing multiple client accounts and collaborating with external creative partners.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Practical experience in UGC scriptwriting, preferably with a portfolio or examples of scripts that have been transformed into produced advertisements.

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting.
