This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Serve as the key connection between performance analytics and creative deliverables for our luxury and premium DTC clients.
• Analyze Meta and Google advertising performance data on a daily basis.
• Recognize which hooks are experiencing fatigue, which formats are capturing attention, and which audiences are becoming oversaturated.
• Convert these insights into detailed creative briefs: segment, message, hook type, format, reference, and success metrics.
• Develop and prioritize a testing roadmap in collaboration with media buyers.
• Provide briefs to designers, video editors, copywriters, and UGC creators.
• Sustain a categorized creative asset library.
• Over 3 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of writing structured creative briefs, rather than mood boards.
• Strong preference for DTC or e-commerce experience.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced agency setting while managing multiple client accounts and collaborating with external creative partners.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Practical experience in UGC scriptwriting, ideally with a portfolio showcasing scripts that evolved into produced advertisements.
• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting tools.
